New Client Process

To provide the highest standard of care, we require all new clients to register. Having your dog’s up-to-date health and behaviour information allows us to tailor our services to their specific requirements and ensures the safest experience for your pet. 

Please follow the steps below:

Here we collect important information for your and your pets profile on our system. You will also be required to sign our T&C's at the bottom of the form.  You can also create a password for your log in to book online in future (once we verify on our end).

Please complete our consultation form so we know what you require for your appointment. This means we can supply you with the best service, environment and time slot needed to make sure your dog has the best experience.
