 We understand that conflicts arise and you may need to adjust your scheduled appointment.

To best accommodate all our clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

If notice is provided in less than the required timeframes, the following fees will apply:

• Less than 48 hours' notice: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Less than 24 hours' notice (or a 'no-show'): You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

These policies help protect our business and the livelihood of our team. We appreciate your respect for our time and your understanding

Please ensure your dog has been walked and has had a chance to relieve themselves right before their appointment.  

 Just your dog! If your dog has allergies to certain treats, feel free to bring some from home they're safe with. We use positive reinforcement and use treats at times. 

 Our pricing is based on the breed, size, coat condition, and the temperament of your dog. Please check the "Pricing" section of our website, or message us for a tailored quote.

 We use high-quality, professional-grade, all-natural, and hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners that are gentle on the skin.
Brands used are:

• Peanut and Pickle
• The Pawdinary
• Houndsly

We can also use a vet-prescribed shampoo if you bring it in. 

 Yes! We offer services for things like nail trimming, ear cleaning, and paw pad trims. 

 A full groom typically takes 2 hours. But It depends on the size of the dog, the service requested, and the condition of their coat and temperament. We will give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop off. 

 For the safety and comfort of all the dogs, we do not let owners stay. Dogs often become overly excited or distressed when their owner is nearby, making the grooming process difficult and potentially unsafe.

 Yes, but please inform us when booking and upon arrival. We will take extra care, offer comfort breaks, and use calming techniques. We may recommend a shorter session or a special arrangement with your vet's approval. 

Most dogs require grooming every 4-8 weeks to maintain a healthy coat and skin, depending on their breed. If you're unsure how often you should book, let us know and we will be happy to help.
